Company Introduction

Baixiang Food Group, established in 1997, is a comprehensive food enterprise dedicated to producing and selling high-quality noodle products with the aim of enhancing the well-being of the people. Its product range includes instant noodles, dried noodles, quick fresh noodles, spicy instant snacks, and more. With 26 years of dedication to crafting excellent Chinese noodles, the company has received widespread acclaim from consumers. Additionally, the products cover categories such as flour, frozen foods, seasonings, beverages, etc., and the business scale continues to expand. As of now, Baixiang Food Group has established 12 high-quality noodle production bases nationwide, with more than 20 subsidiary companies. Its products are available in more than 30 provinces, cities, and autonomous regions across China, and are exported to 66 countries and regions worldwide.

Product concept, highlights and added value

1. The research and development team extensively explored regions such as Chongqing and Sichuan, studying the flavor characteristics and ingredient combinations of traditional hot pot catering. We analyze and summarize the principles of ingredients, processes, and flavor mechanisms, etc., thereby providing scientific and quantifiable standards and basis for the industrial production of hot pot noodles.
2. Building upon traditional process, the R & D team utilized food science research methods and analysis methods to clarify the relationships between ingredients (such as chili, peppercorn), processes, and flavor compounds. We determined the optimal formula and process conditions to guide the production of hot pot noodles and base ingredients, thereby providing a scientific basis for the fast food and industrial production of hot pot cuisine.
3. The R & D team deepened the research on the principles of raw material utilization, collaborating with suppliers to customize the development of key ingredients such as butter, chili, and peppercorn. Additionally, we further refined the preprocessing techniques for ingredients to ensure that the products embody an authentic hot pot flavor. Through the careful selection of ingredients used in restaurant hot pot dishes, the team innovatively develops the "Juicy Soy Skin Wrap."
4. The R & D team pioneered industry-leading techniques such as spice extraction, segmented sauce production, multi-stage simmering, heat preservation and flavor enhancement and other unique processes. These unique processes enhance the aroma and taste of the product, ensuring that the hot pot noodles perfectly restore the "spiciness of Chinese cuisine." This contributes to elevating the core competitiveness of the product.
5. The packaging adopted a combination of national trend elements and illustration styles, characterized by a simple and elegant design, making it particularly popular among young consumers.

1.Through consumer survey questionnaires and data analysis of scientific flavor trends, we selected the flavors favored by consumers for product development, ensuring that the product's flavor met the needs of our target consumers base.
2.We invited consumers to participate in various stages of product development, evaluation, and packaging design, fully listening to their opinions and suggestions.
3.We took into account the consumer's consumption environment, setting up interactive scenarios for testing to ensure that our product was tailored for different consumers in various consumption settings.
4.After the product was launched,, we tracked consumer tasting feedback and adjusted flavors, packaging, and marketing activities accordingly.. We actively expanded offline channels, conducted various campus promotion activities, and simultaneously promoted the product online through platforms such as WeChat official accounts, Douyin, and Taobao, extending the reach of our hotpot noodles to a wider audience.
