Product concept, highlights and added value

1. Product design
Premium sour without addition soup
After 2000+ fermentation test, the product obtained the national invention patent "A kind of the Greek Weisseria screening method and application". The flavor was enriched through direct fermentation by specific bacteria to achieve the sour taste rich and mellow.
Super acid with complex flavor
The high organic acid tomatoes breed by Longping in Xinjiang were selected, which completely replaced hairy spicy fruit in terms of flavor, stability and price. Long sunshine and large temperature difference made the pure hand-picked tomatoes more acidic.
Longtime cooking with no flavor reducing
Through many experimental tests of longtime cooking, the professional sensory evaluation verified the red sour soup could be boiled for at least 60min, and the sour flavor and the fullness taste was still as before.
2. Product innovation
The product was innovated by independent research and industrial application technology. "The screening of key strains of green control of traditional sour soup quality and research and production application technology" is the first in China, and recognized by Chongqing Science and Technology Bureau as scientific and technological achievements. Also obtained one invention patent "A kind of the Greek Weissiella screening method and its application" and the gold product of in the catering supply chain.
3. Product marketing
Red sour soup has a very broad application scenario such as acid soup hot pot, acid rice noodle and other scenes.
One typical application: red sour soup 200g and water 1200g, with addition of passion fruit 20g, tomato 30g, minced meat 150g as main ingredients, and celery 15g, allium and garlic 10g to cook all kinds of food after boiling.

In Guizhou flavor, the fermented red acid spread for thousands of years not only carries a long culture, but also is a different scenery on the Chinese dinner table. However, the traditional fermentation method of producing sour soup has some problems such as long fermentation time, difficult to maintain consistency and poor safety. Therefore, our company has established multi-targeted dominant strains and adopted mixed fermentation technology to strengthen fermentation in a short time to solve these problems.
Red sour soup is a fermented food mainly made of tomato and pepper as the main base material, and its unique color (bright red), aroma (fragrance), and taste (sour and sweet) have. Such as red sour soup seafood noodles, red sour soup black fish, red sour soup rabbit, sour soup beef and so on. Juhui red sour soup is produced by natural fermentation with the bottom taste mellow, lasting fragrance!
The company's annual acid search tour has took nearly 100 potential customers to Guizhou for the "acid fermentation tour, gather wisdom to create decryption" activity to decrypt the local flavor code and has been held for three consecutive sessions.
