阿果安娜 - 新一代欧姆生产线,采用电阻欧姆加热杀菌(Ohmic Heating Sterilization),它是一种利用食品物料本身作为电阻,在电流通过时产生热量,从而达到快速均匀加热和杀菌目的的先进食品加工技术,也是是目前国际上用来加工含颗粒果酱最为有效的杀菌技术之一。
对于水果制品,通过欧姆加热,可使其中的液体和固体受热一致,且加热效率高、速度快;因而可缩短含颗粒产品的杀菌时间,能更好的保持水果的新鲜风味、果粒的完整性及原始口感、水果的鲜艳色泽,是目前国际上用来加工含颗粒水果制品最为有效的杀菌技术之一。
