Guangzhou Pharmaceutical Wanglaoji Bijie Industrial Co., Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Guangzhou Wanglaoji Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. 草本植物浓缩液以水、仙草、甘草、菊花、罗汉果、金银花为原料,经提取—膜浓缩—无菌包装制得,是可直接投料于润喉糖及其他食品的标准化草本浓缩液。产品以“水提膜浓缩”替代传统“水提醇沉+真空浓缩”浸膏工艺。
提取工艺上,传统醇沉沉降形态因品种差异大、过程无序随机,易出现药效物质被包裹损失、受阻沉降导致操作时间长与能耗高;真空加热浓缩温度较高,又易破坏热敏成分并使挥发性风味逸散,造成批次风味波动与质量不稳定。浓缩工艺上,膜浓缩利用有效成分与溶剂分子量差异实现定向分离与常温浓缩,能耗更低、对风味影响更小。包装工艺上,无菌灌装产品无需冷库贮存与冷链运输,进一步节约仓储与物流成本。
“提取分离—膜浓缩—UHT瞬时灭菌—无菌灌装”一体化自动化产线的建立,突破了中草药提取分离领域长期存在的质量稳定性与产能瓶颈;同时提升收率、生产周期缩短约87%,无需使用乙醇,显著降低溶剂与能耗成本,实现产品绿色生产。
草本植物浓缩液以“风味一致性”为核心目标开发,在兼顾得率的基础上,系统优化提取与浓缩工艺参数,建立量化的风味评价体系,最终形成标准化生产流程。并在终端产品上应用,输出专利,实现有效知识产权保护。
