Design Story
Aidou Hi Potato Stick is a puffed snack that is different from traditional potato chips and fries, it has a hollow shape in the shape of a stick, eating with a sense of air, non-fried baking process, making its taste more crispy. The packaging is linked to the brand positioning, using IP images combined with a strong sense of appetite for potato sticks, together to showcase the product. The target group of potato sticks is young, individualistic and like cute things, and they have their own attitude towards life. So our task was to create a packaging design that fits with both the product and the audience. Cute and memorable, combined with the brand's concept of conveying amusement and temperature, to create the "Aizou" of the snack industry.
Highlights
We created two cute pandas with a "bamboo forest" of potato sticks and flavorful ingredients in the background. The core image is two pandas eating a potato stick together, slowly pulling open the jacket, the potato stick gets longer and longer, innovative and conveys fun. At the same time, pull open the package to see a paragraph or amusing or spoof text, the temperature of the lifestyle to consumers.
