Amy Song, head of Coca-Cola APAC Shanghai R&D Center. Responsible for technical innovation strategy and pipeline creation and execution in Greater China and Mongolia.

She joined the Asia Pacific R&D Center of The Coca-Cola Company in 2001, responsible for total beverage product innovation for Greater China. She subsequently held positions of increasing responsibility including Director of Dairy and Tea R&D for APAC; Director of Dairy and Tea R&D for Global; and Director of Global R&D Strategy and Operations at Headquarters in the US from 2015-2017. With 24 years of experience in beverage innovation and R&D management, Amy, with a sharp eye for consumer and market insights, led the team to launch hundreds of new products for the global markets and developed two Billion-Dollar beverage products for The Coca-Cola Company.

Amy Song has been working in the food and beverage industry for a long time with international experience and is invited as a guest speaker in some forums or as the jury of experts in innovation events.
