Dr. Jinzhong Xiao, Director of Morinaga Milk Industry (Shanghai) Co. Ltd., Principal Scientist at Morinaga Milk Industry Co., Ltd., Visiting Professor at Juntendo University and Tohoku University in Japan.

Dr. Jinzhong Xiao graduated from Southern China Agricultural University and completed his PhD at Nagoya University, Japan. Following a research career at RIKEN in Japan, he joined Morinaga Milk Industry in 1995. He has carried out numerous projects relating to gut microbiota and Bifidobacterium in the areas of basic research, functional research, and product applications, and has published over 150 articles in this field.
