Li Xin, president of Sustenture and operating advisor at Ares Management, is a business executive experienced in sales and profit growth, market entry strategy, leadership/talent development, food/product safety and sustainability. From 2004 to 2013, he has been based in Shanghai with Sealed Air, a US Fortune 500 Company with businesses in food safety/security and product protection.  Li came to China in 2004 and has since built a large Greenfield investment in Shanghai, and progressed to President of Sealed Air China, and Vice President of North Asia. Li held sales, marketing, sales management responsibilities in US and Canada for 13 years prior to his China assignment.

Li is a Board of Governors candidate for the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai and serves as Vice Chair of the Food, Agriculture & Beverage Committee. Li serves leadership roles in other not-for-profit organizations such as China Packaging Federation, China Meat Association, as well as China Standardization Committee. He is a Board member of Enactus China.

Li Xin attended Shandong University in China, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from University of Regina in Canada and an MBA from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, USA.
