Ms. Cao, graduated from Jiangnan University (Wuxi University of Light Industry), holds a doctorate in food science and Master of Business Administration in the WP Carey School of Business of Arizona State University. In January 2001, she joined the group and served successively as manager of the R&D department and staff department as well as director of the staff department. In March 2012, she became director of the production department and is responsible for the sustainable development of the production system, quality system and R&D team as well as talent reserve. She is also member of the Shanghai Municipal Enterprise Technology Center and Shanghai Food Association and master member of the Chinese Institute of Food Science and Technology.
