1. Introduction

1.1. Key Information

1.2. Schedule

* Exhibitors are suggested to sign in one day in advance (Jun. 24) and dismantle after 4 pm on Jun. 27, 2024.

* For any changes to the schedule, refer to notifications issued by the organizers.

* Exhibitors need to bring their own ID card to enter the exhibition hall.

3. Standard Booths

* A standard booth is a 3*3m exhibition area where construction is undertaken by the construction supplier appointed by the organizer.

3.1. Company Information

All exhibitors shall submit promotional materials for certain promotional purposes by 24:00 on May 24, 2024, including the company's full name and high-definition Logo. The link to fill in will be sent via the WeChat group.

3.2. Relevant Documents

3.2.1. Exhibitor Tickets

Registration: Information needs to be filled in before 24:00 on June 24, 2024. The registration link will be sent via the WeChat group in April 2024. For the filling method, please refer to the FBIF2024, How to add or change ticket holders?

Admission: During the exhibition, admission is granted by presenting an ID card and undergoing facial recognition verification. You can go to the sign-in area (1F) for badge printing, which is not considered an entry requirement.

3.2.2. Truck Pass

Process Online: Log on NECC (Shanghai) website (Official Website)- click 'Download Application Process and file the application for operators' access. Take the printed pass to the North Hall (NH) Certification Center to collect the pass.

Process Onsite: Trucks must queue at the waiting area on Mingzhu Road before entering the venue. After queuing, park at the North Square parking lot. The driver should walk to the North Hall (NH) Certification Center to process the Truck Pass. After verification by on-site staff, the vehicle will be allowed to enter the exhibition hall.

3.3. Standard Booth Furniture

One set of the backboard (s), side panel(s), consulting table and chair, one set of a meeting table and 4 chairs, 4 spot lamps, 1 power connection, and one trash bin.

3.4. Dimensions for Graphic Design

Submission Deadline: Designs must be emailed to the main contractor for booth construction before 24:00 on May 10, 2024.

3.5. Booth Equipment for Rental

For rental needs such as water, electricity, gas, internet, 24-hour power supply, and exhibition equipment, please fill out the 2024 Exhibitor Manual - Appendix and submit it via email before 24:00 on May 10, 2024.

3.6. Other Supporting Services 

For services such as exhibit transportation, hotel reservations, etc., please refer to the Supporting Service Suppliers.


4. Raw Space Booths

*Raw space booths refer to booths with an area above 9 square meters. The maximum height for booth construction is 4.4 meters.

4.1. Company Information

4.2.3. Construction Personnel Pass

Registration: All construction personnel must register before 24:00 on June 24, 2024, by logging in to NECC (Shanghai) website (Official Website). Click 'Download Application Process and file the application for operators' access.

Applicable Conditions: Construction personnel during booth setup and dismantling periods throughout the exhibition.

4.3. Mandatory Documents

The following documents, including Booth Visuals, construction application form, letter of safety responsibility, copy of special operation permit, electronic receipt of deposit, etc., must be uploaded to the exhibition registration system before 24:00 May 10, 2024. 4.4. Booth Equipment for Rental
