Kevin Dong, PhD, a senior research scientist in Roquette China R&D. He graduated from School of Food Science & Technology in Jiangnan University with a bachelor's degree. Then he obtained his Master in Science and PhD in Australia. Before joining Roquette, he worked in Heritage Fine Chocolates and Woolworths Limited in Australia with extensive experience in food production, quality assurance and R&D.
Currently, Kevin is responsible for Protein and Dietary Fiber Enrichment Platform and its technical support to commercial team in Roquette. He has a sound understanding in health benefits of a series of products, such as pea protein and resistant dextrin, and the mechanisms behind. Kevin is skilled in using friendly and down-to-earth language to explain scientific mechanisms with his insight and experience which are highly appreciated by both colleagues and clients.
