
Derrick Peng currently serves as the R&D Director of the Biobor Nutrition Confectionery Division in Amos Food Group, focusing on nutrition and functional food development in the fields of children's nutrition, women's nutrition, and sports nutrition.
During his tenure, he has led the establishment of key research infrastructure projects, including the construction of a Nobel Prize Workstation and a Joint Research Center with academicians. He also spearheaded the development of the first proprietary probiotic strain. Additionally, he led the creation of the Biobor Children’s Growth Nutrition Series Gummies and personalized nutrition gummy packs. He played a significant role in drafting and publishing the first national group standard for nutritional gummies.
Prior to this, Derrick Peng worked in BY-HEALTH Technology Center, where he led the development of multiple innovative technology platforms, including nutrition delivery systems, functional colloidal formulations, functional candy development, and effervescent technology innovations. With over a decade of research experience, he has published over 20 academic papers in authoritative domestic and international journals, secured 17 authorized patents, and successfully commercialized over 20 innovative products.
