1. Introduction

The 13th FBIF Food Innovation Expo 2027 will be held in Hangzhou, featuring over 650 exhibitors, attracting a total of 47,000 attendees, with an exhibition area of 53,800 square meters. The event is expected to bring together more than 680 exhibitors, including leading global food brands and innovative companies across the food supply chain, and to welcome 56,000 visitors.

It will cover a wide range of sectors including dairy products, beverages, snacks, alcoholic beverages, convenient foods, functional foods, ingredients, OEM services, packaging, equipment, design, marketing, and other related areas.
