Mr. Tony Shi joined Starbucks China in 2024 as category director of Product Innovation, responsible for beverage category management and product innovation. Leveraging sharp customer insights and a strong grasp of industry trends, he continues to drive Starbucks hardcore product innovation, opening up new pathways for milk coffee evolution through process innovation and initiating nutritional innovation within the milk coffee category—delivering coffee offerings that are both delicious and nutritious for customers.

Prior to joining Starbucks, Shi Qin amassed over 15 years of experience in product innovation and marketing across the food, beverage, and nutrition sectors.
