This product is the first Bobo chicken on the market that contains real chicken soup: the chicken soup should be simmered at a high temperature for 3 hours to fully boil the umami flavor of the chicken soup into the soup. Red oil selected 4 kinds of peppers, which are respectively responsible for enhancing fragrance and spiciness. First, these 4 kinds of peppers were fried with oil at 150°C for about 30 minutes to fully fry the aroma of peppers.
