Baicaowei believes that the best taste of high-quality nuts is their original flavor. The word "Zhen" represents quality and signifies the meticulous selection process through which Baicaowei selects premium products, including large nuts, ensuring great taste for consumers.
Highlights:
1)Ingredient upgrade: The nut raw materials selected from freshly imported sources, such as replacing domestic walnuts with imported Chilean walnuts,which have a thin coating and a mild astringent taste. In the case of dried fruit products, Baicaowei has excluded raisins and other high-sugar dried fruits, opting instead for Chilean blueberries and Canadian cranberries. The natural air-drying processing methods is used, avoiding additional processing to enhance sweetness and sugar content, resulting in a healthier product.
2)Double Freshness Lock: Baicaowei “BenWeiZhenGuo”series ensures double freshness lock in its daily nuts packaging.Firstly, it employs double-layered aluminum foil packaging (in contrast to the predominantly single-layer aluminum plated packaging in the market),thereby enhancing oxygen insulation and light resistance. Secondly, Baicaowei owns the patented for regional fresh-lock technology,which ensures that the moisture content of the nuts is less than or equal to 3% (as opposed to the market average of 3-6% for nut moisture content),and the moisture content of dried fruits is greater than or equal to 12%.
3)The ratio of 75:25 meets the nutritional standards: Baicaowei Food Research Institute has adjusted the nut ratio 126 times since the first generation of mixed nuts, and the “daily nut” of the "BenWeiZhenGuo" series has increased the nut content from the original 65% to 75%.The ratio of nuts and dried fruits is 75: 25, precisely meeting the standards recommended by the Dietary Guidelines for Chinese Residents (2022).
