Kunming THE-HO Canned Food Co., Ltd. was established in 1946, originally founded as Brother Canned Food Co., Ltd. by Mr. Pu Zaiting in 1921. In 1923, Mr. Sun Yat-sen personally inscribed the phrase "饮和食德" (Drink in Harmony, Eat with Virtue) in praise, and thus, the name "德和" (THE-HO)(meaning “The Virtue & Harmony”) was adopted as the trademark. Over the past century, THE-HO has undergone development and has evolved into a comprehensive food enterprise integrating production, processing, and sales. The company's main products include over two hundred varieties such as canned luncheon meat with Yunnan ham, canned Yunnan ham, fresh food, sausages, cured meat, and instant rice noodles. With a reputation built on product quality, THE-HO has earned the love and trust of numerous consumers and has become a well-known brand in Yunnan.

Yunnan Rice Noodles, representing a cornerstone of traditional Chinese cuisine, have consistently remained a favorite among customers.However, the commercially available rice noodles often fall short, lacking the genuine essence of Yunnan. In an effort to rectify this, Teh-ho diligently scoured every corner of Yunnan's mountains and rivers, meticulously selecting unique local ingredients and refining the recipe. Through over 700 days and nights, we visited more than 500 rice noodle restaurants across various towns, conducting over 1,000 flavor tests. All these endeavors and enthusiasm have culminated in the creation of Teh-ho Cross-Bridge Rice Noodles. With the original intention of making cooking easy, relieving nostalgia for tourists, and allowing guests to experience authentic Yunnan culture, we combine the authentic local dine-in taste and special dishes of Yunnan to conduct product research and development with the goal of ‘deliciousness, convenience, and restoration’.
1.Make cooking easy: with fresh-keeping rice noodles, it can be cooked in 180 seconds, which is faster than ordering takeout.
2.Relieve nostalgia: based on Yunnan rice noodles, we have developed cross-bridge rice noodles, that Yunnan people have grown up eating. By using unique Yunnan ingredients, we have innovatively launched lemon golden soup rice noodles and papaya golden soup rice noodles. Inspired by Yunnan cuisine, rice noodles mixed with fried mush-potato are developed. We make sure that you can have a taste of your childhood anywhere and anytime.
