Dr.Surprise owns an exclusive plantation in the core production area of durian in Malaysia, positioning ourselves as experts in naturally-ripen durian research and development. We have developed a range of durian products including whole durians, durian pulp, and durian-based products. All our imported goods are cooperated with China Certification & Inspection Group (CCIC), ensuring transparency and traceability throughout the full cycle of supply chain with the use of CCIC tracking codes.

Dr.Surprise Musang King Durian Ice Cake, made with real Musang King durian pulp as the filling, rejects the addition of durian powder, featuring pure fruit pulp and thin coat, soft and chewy with bursting juicy flavor in every bite.
Dr.Surprise Musang King Durian Ice Cake uses imported D197 Musang King durian pulp from Malaysia as the filling, with 100% fruit pulp and no additives, aiming to restore the authentic taste of the fruit flesh. The outer coat is made of high-quality potato starch, creating a crystal clear and chewy ice skin with a beautiful appearance and delicious taste. In the process of product development, we insist on using natural and healthy ingredients, strive for a purer formula, and reject any unnecessary additives. Our Musang King Durian Ice Cake does not contain flavoring essence, colors, preservatives, or trans fats.
In order to solve the problem of cake preservation without adding preservatives, Dr.Surprise Musang King Durian Ice Cake adopts advanced ultra-low temperature nitrogen freezing technology to keep the freshness. This technique helps prevent the aging and hardening of the outer starch coat, reduces the loss of color and fruit content, and preserves the fresh taste. It also enables the product to stay fresh for a longer period of time.
As a frozen dessert, when consumed directly from the freezer, the outer coat has a slight frosty texture, offering a solid ice cake sensation with a sweet and non-greasy taste. The ratio of coat to filling is designed as "40% coat and 60% filling" (20% higher in filling than similar products in the same category), ensuring genuine thin coat and generous filling.

After testing more than 10 different forms of product, we finally chose the "small cubic" shape, which is easier to remove from the mold and it has thinner coat.
