Dr. Cheese (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd. was built on May 27, 2019. Co-founded with cheese specialists from Netherlands and Japan, the founder is a father from China equipped with more than 20 years dairy experiences. As a new start-up, focusing on developing cheese, the brand mission of Dr. Cheese is devoting to create nutritional cheese products to render our national people stronger. Meanwhile, the brand value is producing perfect products with the heart of parent, curiosity, and competition . The final vision is letting everyone enjoy cheese and become the leader in the industry. Currently, the primary products of Dr. Cheese are cheese lollipops, natural cheeses and cheese snacks.
Product concept, highlights and added value
Ingredients:
- The primary ingredient in the product is natural cheese, which originated from New Zealand that comes from grass-fed cows. The natural cheese is added not less than 51%, making the product full of cheese flavor.
-The apple jam made with apple originated from Chinese famous place, of which added not less than 8%. It resembles to the real natural apple aroma.
Nutrition:
The cube cheese contians 2.4 fold of calcium and 2.2 fold of protein compared to the same weight of milk. Every granule is rich of nutrition. The amount of calcium in one package (contains 15 granules) is higher than one glass of milk.

Please briefly describe how your product communicates with consumers
Firstly, as a dessert, snack property, the cube cheese has always been "delicious", which is the primary point during creation. There are two points for the tastiness:1) Selecting good cheeses. Dr. Cheese adopts the grass-fed milk cheese imported from New Zealand by Fonterra. Cows grow up eating grass in the grassland. Good milk makes good cheese and good cheese brings good taste. 2) We understand that consumers are very resistant to cheap, industrial chemical flavor, so we use jam for seasoning, adding ≥8% apple jam, to restore sweet and natural apple flavor for consumers!
Secondly, the cube cheese is targeted at young female consumers. They might naturally worry about calorie intake while enjoying a delicious dessert cheese. Therefore, apart from good tastiness we will also communicate with consumers the lower calorie it brings. the calorie of five granules of cube cheese is lower than an apple, and the calorie of a single can be consumed by walking slowly for five minutes.
Thirdly, we fully take into account the aesthetic orientation of young women in the packaging. The use of small fresh tones will fit for their sense of appetite.
