We hope to develop a plum wine with Jiangnan city characteristics, beautiful, delicious, and taste memory, so we choose the natural products of the Taihu Lake Lake in Suzhou for research and development. Suzhou's Biluochun tea is a world-renowned tea with excellent quality, and is a business card of the city. The green plum used to brew plum wine is also a local product, which inspired the concept of "Biluochun plum wine".
The combination of tea and plum wine needs to solve the problems of sedimentation and the bitterness of the tea itself. After dozens of repeated experiments, we extracted Biluochun tea by cold brewing, which has extremely low bitterness and a delicate tea aroma; The Taihu Lake Green Plum 8 Year Old Plum Wine is selected, which has pure plum flavor and promotes saliva production; The base of rice wine softens the overall taste, while honey makes the wine fresh, sweet, and smooth. The sugar content is 150g/L, far lower than imported plum wine. A 10 degree wine has a moderate alcohol content, with a rich plum aroma upon opening, and a delicate tea aroma upon entry, blending perfectly.
0 pigment, 0 essence, 0 preservative. The wine is fresh and pure. It can be mixed with ice or bubble water.
The green color used on the bottle label represents the freshness of tea and plum. The hot stamping process enhances the texture of the label, and a tea shaped horizontal label is designed on the neck of the bottle to increase recognition.
