Milkground mascarpone is developed by European cheese masters, who is dedicated to research and development, only to create cheese more suitable for Chinese.Selecting high-quality milk source from Heilongjiang, using whey protein powder imported from the United States, with a shelf life of 6 months, the taste is fresher and richer.
Different from the traditional mascarpone manufacturing process, Milkground mascarpone is carefully refined from cream, and innovatively uses a hot filling technique (75°C-80°C) to create high-quality and pure flavor mascarpone that is loved by Chinese people.
The excellent quality also won the praise of Ye Wei, the International referee of WACS. Ye Wei introduced that our mascarpone has a rich flavor and mellow texture, and it is "very easy to use and very silky" to make pastries.
