Speakers
Pauline D. Cha
China Managing Director
Campari Group

Pauline graduated from Cornell University in the United States and relocated to China more over ten years ago to fulfill her father’s dream of “fallen leaf returns to its roots.” Pauline leveraged her extensive background in hi-tech and FMCG marketing to continue her career in the spirits industry; she is currently the China Managing Director of Campari Group, one of the six largest spirits groups in the world.

Due to her experience of growing up and working abroad, Pauline has an international perspective but has gained deep understanding of the China market. She relies on her personal drive and passion to build the brand, lead the team and grow the business.

Truly bi-lingual and bi-cultural, she strives to promote the integration of Chinese and Western cultures and build international brands in China in a manner that respects the culture and tradition. Last year, she actively promoted the strategic cooperation with Wuliangye Group, opening a new chapter in the integration of East and West.
