To date, Nicole humbly acknowledges that her achievements are owed to every single idea that has inspired her, to every single word scribbled and typed, and to every single person she has worked with.

After winning the first International Advertising Awards in 2004, Nicole started to her journey in the advertising industry.

With her 17 years advertising experience and passion in creative work, she has been driving award-winning campaigns with wins in major award shows, including Cannes, Ad fest, AME, Effie, Chang Cheng grand prix awards etc.

As a copy based creative person, Nicole loves to start with what touches consumers’ heart.

Helping brands to build up distinctive characters and getting consumers to be part of the brand belief is her everyday job. She has passion in bringing out the beauty and confidence inside women – from the work for Estee Lauder, Watsons etc.

Through her work, you can always feel her enthusiasm, empathy and caring – Feel her power through her works – “To the greatness of small” for Alibaba Olympics.

In recent months, she took part in China’s first reality show highlighting the advertising industry, called “Next Promotion”. Here, she led, inspired, and mentored a dozen up-and-coming advertising talents and sourced the best talent from China, as well as voiced and advocated for the industry and its needs.
