Originally from Scotland, Chloé has nearly 17 years experience is branding and packaging on global brands. Starting her career at the Brand Union before joining Designbridge where she worked her way up to Creative Director working on such clients such as Fortnum & Mason, Diageo, Unilever, Callaly & Sacha Lichine to name a few. Then with a move to boutique agency Big Fish saw Chloé promoted to Executive Creative Director where she gained more experience in new to world challenger brands and was tasked with transforming and growing businesses as forces for good. Chloé is now Executive Creative Director at independent brand design agency Pearlfisher focused on creating growth through the power of design and leading their London studio where her experience across iconic and challenger brands shines through.

Chloé’s passion for collaboration with illustrators and other creative experts and love for in depth storytelling is evident in her work and has seen her win many international awards including D&AD Pencils, Pentawards, Designweek, New York Festivals, FAB Awards and DBA Design Effectiveness in her career so far.  As well being the Co-President of Pentawards Chloé regularly is invited to judge on awards jury’s or speak at events across the country.

Chloé is also a long serving mentor on the D&AD New Blood Shift London programme. She runs D&AD's Shift Studio as ECD and plays an active role in nurturing young diverse design talent within the industry as well as helping support more women into leadership roles through mentorship.

Over her 16-year career in design, the red-haired dynamo, Chloe Templeman, has rapidly gained widespread influence within the industry through her dedication and sincerity. Her exceptional collaborations with high-profile clients such as Fortnum & Mason, Diageo, Unilever, Callaly, and Sacha Lichine have resulted in numerous internationally acclaimed design works. Chloe is also committed to giving back to the community, actively mentoring the next generation as a tutor for D&AD SHIFT and co-chairing the Pentawards.

In our current era of "collapsing" digital conventions, the pursuit of authenticity represents a fundamental human instinct. In her presentation, Chloe will discuss how brands can create authentic experiences that resonate deeply with contemporary audiences. Through a series of case studies, she will reveal strategies for forging impactful, genuine interactions in an increasingly homogenized digital landscape.
