Dedicated to leveraging the upstream and downstream sectors of the food industry to jointly innovate the application of novel protein products, and accelerating the commercialization process of these products in both domestic and international markets. A serial entrepreneur in the health/wellness food/chain restaurant sectors, having successfully taken multiple projects through the 0-1-10 stages of implementation, and cumulatively developed and commercialized nearly 20 application products.
