5. About Admission

5.1. Admission Time

5.2. Admission Notice

5.2.1. All tickets in the FBIF tickets system are for personal use only. Once the on-site sign-in is completed, it cannot be canceled or replaced. If replacement is required, please re-purchase tickets.

5.2.2. For guests with mainland ID cards, sign-in is not required. You can enter the venue directly with your original ID card. If you need a badge, you can go to the Service Center for printing.

5.2.3. For guests without a mainland ID card (from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, or overseas), the admission badge will be required. You need to present the passports or other identification documents that match your ticket holder's information at the Service Center to get your admission badge.

5.2.4. If you confirm that you are unable to attend, please contact the corresponding sales or FBIF Organizing Committee before 24:00 on Apr. 26, 2026, to complete the replacement of personnel or extend the quota to the next FBIF Forum use.

5.2.5. Visitors under the age of 16 are not permitted to enter： 
Visitors under 16 years old are not allowed to enter this exhibition. The FBIF Organizing Committee reserves the right to restrict their entry at any time, along with their guardians, according to this clause.

5.2.6. No admittance for pets:
In order to ensure the order of the exhibition site, pets are not allowed to enter the venue. According to this clause, the FBIF Organizing Committee reserves the right to restrict the entry of customers who bring pets at any time.

5.2.7. No food from outside:
According to the venue's regulations, food outside is not allowed in the exhibition area. The catering service area inside the venue could satisfy your individual dining demands.

6. Traffic Guide

6.1. Taxi/Ride-hailing

Drop-off Point: Gate 2, Hangzhou International Expo Center

6.2. Metro

Take Line 6 to Expo Center Station, Exit D, and walk to Gate 7 of the venue.

6.3. High-Speed Rail/Train

6.3.1. Hangzhou East Station

25-minute drive to the venue. Drop-off: Gate 2.

Metro: Line 6 (East Railway Station→ Expo Center Station), Exit D.

6.3.2. Hangzhou Station(Chengzhan)

20-minute drive to the venue. Drop-off: Gate 2.

Metro: Line 1 (Chengzhan → Jiangling Road) → Transfer to Line 6 → Expo Center Station, Exit D.

6.3.3. Hangzhou West Station

60-minute drive to the venue. Drop-off: Gate 2.

Metro: Line 19 (West Railway Station → East Railway Station) → Transfer to Line 6 → Expo Center Station, Exit D.

6.3.4. Hangzhou South Station

35-minute drive to the venue. Drop-off: Gate 2.

Metro: Line 5 (South Railway Station → Changhe) → Transfer to Line 6 → Expo Center Station, Exit D.

30-minute drive to the venue. Drop-off: Gate 2.

7.3.1. Participants shall arrange their accommodation and bear the associated costs. Given the approaching exhibition dates, the following situations may arise:

7.3.2. Factors to Consider

Given the full schedule of the exhibition hall, the booking demand of the surrounding hotels may increase sharply during the forum. It is strongly recommended to book the room in advance in case there is a shortage of rooms at the time.

7.3.3. Hotel Prices

Hotel prices are the cooperation prices between Mengxuan and the hotels, including evening delivery from the hotel to the exhibition hall during the forum（or hotels located within 1 km of Hangzhou International Expo Center, shuttle service is not provided as the venue is within walking distance）. They may fluctuate due to off-peak seasons. Taxes, service charges, and occupancy regulations are subject to the latest hotel policies.
