1. Introduction

The 12th FBIF Food Innovation Expo 2026 will be held in Hangzhou, featuring over 650 exhibitors, attracting a total of 47,000 attendees, with an exhibition area of 53,800 square meters. It will cover a wide range of sectors including dairy products, beverages, snacks, alcoholic beverages, convenient foods, functional foods, ingredients, OEM services, packaging, equipment, design, marketing, and other related areas.
