In 1997, founder Fabio Wang established Coiner Food in Handan, pioneering China’s first home-delivered fresh milk service via customized milk boxes. This innovative model rapidly expanded across Handan and neighboring regions, setting a national benchmark for dairy distribution.

With policy backing from local authorities, Coiner Food initiated construction of a next-generation production base in 2017. In June 2020, the company unveiled an RMB 240 million modernized factory featuring cutting-edge automation and quality control systems. This state-of-the-art supply chain infrastructure became the operational backbone empowering the rapid launch of  ÖarmiLk – a premium brand founded by Wang Weijian in Beijing three months later (September 2020).
