Guided by this vision, he pioneered the introduction of drip coffee to China and became a key driver in popularizing “Drip Bag Coffee”. In 2018, Lin Hao led Tasogare Coffee in creating the “fresh-lock coffee” category, propelling the brand to rapid prominence in the retail coffee market.

Continuing his mission to make coffee part of daily life, Lin Hao spearheaded Tasogare Coffee pioneering entry into the “American coffee beverage” market in 2025, positioning the brand at the industry's forefront. Targeting the market with unbeatable value, he launched a 1-liter American coffee beverage priced at just 9.9 yuan—equivalent to four cups of freshly brewed coffee. This extreme price advantage swiftly established high-frequency consumption habits among users. However, Lin Hao's ready-to-drink strategy extends far beyond “value for money,” focusing instead on precisely segmenting the market through a diversified product matrix. By building a multifaceted flavor spectrum encompassing “black coffee, fruity infusions, and tea-infused blends,” the brand achieved comprehensive coverage of diverse consumer preferences. This successfully transformed coffee from a beverage for specific occasions into a “accessible daily hydration.” This marks Tasogare Coffee strategic evolution under Lin Hao's leadership—transitioning from a “coffee specialist” to a “health-focused beverage platform”—driving explosive growth in the ready-to-drink coffee sector.
