
Dr. Ignatius Man-Yau Szeto is the Assistant President of Yili Group, and the Executive Director of Nutrition and Health Research Center at National Center of Technology Innovation for Dairy. Ignatius has focused on nutrition and health research and product applicaton for over 20 years. Ignatius obtained his Ph.D. in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Toronto.
