
Ms. Xie has over 15 years of experience in packaging development and innovation for food & beverages and cosmetics industry, with a focus on packaging technology innovation, sustainable packaging solutions, and end-to-end R&D management. She is currently the R&D Packaging Lead for China at Kraft Heinz, where she oversees cross-brand packaging innovation and sustainability initiatives, leading teams to drive lightweighting, recyclable design, and plastic reduction strategies. She has successfully integrated circular economy principles into product development, effectively balancing commercial goals with environmental responsibility through technological advancements.
