As one of China’s first accredited Food Safety Assessors and Instructors, Mr. Liang has long been a key contributor to the development of national food safety systems and standards. He serves as a specially appointed food safety expert for the Ministry of Commerce of China (MOFCOM) and the Certification and Accreditation Administration (CNCA). Additionally, as an expert on the Food Safety Committee of the China Chain Store & Franchise Association (CCFA), he provides high-level technical support and compliance guidance to government bodies, industry associations, and leading enterprises.
His international credentials are unparalleled: he is the only Principal Trainer in China authorized by BRCGS. He is highly proficient in the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) schemes and has conducted over 600 professional audits globally.
