Charlie Han possesses deep local insights combined with a global strategic vision. With over 10 years of experience in digital marketing and consumer insights, he has held key positions at prestigious creative agencies including Publicis Wangfan, G-Creato, and Arkr Vitamin. Charlie has spearheaded numerous highly creative and effective communication campaigns for world-renowned brands such as Airbnb, L'Oréal, SAIC-GM, Anheuser-Busch InBev, Johnson & Johnson, Shanghai Jahwa, and RIO. His work has garnered multiple prestigious marketing awards across Asia, including Adfest, ECI, Spikes Asia, and Longxi Awards.

In 2016, Charlie joined CARNIVAL as Executive Partner. The agency was founded by renowned strategist Jamo Woo and co-founded with Jason Zhan, Vice President of LEO Digital. In this role, Charlie focuses on expanding the "Co-Creation" model, managing a diverse network of creative and influential partners to deliver exceptional integrated marketing success stories for leading brands.
