
Zhixian Chen is the General Manager of Nutrition and Health Technology Center at Angel Yeast. She has been engaged in the research and development of nutrition and health products for over a decade.
Throughout her career, she has led multiple provincial and municipal scientific research projects as a project leader and contributed as a sub-project leader to two national key R&D programs. She has received two provincial and ministerial-level scientific awards and has tackled numerous challenges in production and application technologies.
Zhixian holds 16 authorized invention patents, has published over 20 research articles, and has co-authored four specialized books. Additionally, she serves as a board member of the Probiotics Branch of the Chinese Institute of Food Science and Technology, the Probiotic Products Branch of the China Biotech Fermentation Industry Association, and the Functional Fermented Products Branch of the same association.
