Gary Zhu currently serves as Chairman of Único Dairy, Operating Partner at Advent International, and Independent Director of Mixue Bingcheng. Previously, Gary served as Senior Vice President of General Mills and President of Greater China, where he built and led the company's Greater China operations for over 20 years. His brand portfolio included Häagen-Dazs, Wanchai Ferry, V.PEARL, Yoplait, Green Giant, Bugles, and Trix.
Gary holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Rutgers University (1985), obtained his CPA qualification in 1991, and earned an MBA from Peking University in 2010.
