Mr. Lin is the chairman of Hunan Jiayuanlu Food Co., Ltd. with nearly 30 years of experience in the condiment industry. He founded the brand called Weiyuanhongfang in 2003, focusing on the field of compound condiments. Since its establishment, it has designed and manufactured many popular flavors for many chain restaurant brands.

Fei Lin leads the industry innovation development, through the analysis of the market flavor demand rules and trends, combined with the flavoring rules and functional characteristics of spices, in order to develop the blending technology and condiment development which can highlight the main flavor products. He has designed and manufactured many popular flavor types for many chain restaurant brands and has cooperated with customers all over the country.

Fei Lin holds a number of social positions including Vice President of The Association of Food Industry in Hunan and External Instructor of Changsha University of Science & Technology for Master Degree in Biology and Medicine. He has been awarded the honorary titles of Pioneer of Science and Technology Innovation in China Scientists (International) Forum, Top Ten Innovators of Chinese Brand Influence in the New Era, and Top Ten Pioneers of Chinese Brand Influence Industry.
