Kodak Xiao is Senior Sustainability Director for Packaging and Specialty Plastics APAC. Kodak drives the necessary interconnection between regional sustainability strategy and marketing, sales and TS&D, ensuring we have a clear strategic road map for the business with a focus on circularity and decarbonization.

Kodak has more than 15 years of experience in the packaging industry and has worked in different roles from sales to marketing in different counties and regions.

Kodak received his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Hunan University and his MBA in Finance from Chinese University of Hong Kong.
